When am I eligible for a return?

You are eligible for return request for most items you buy from us that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page. We reserve the right to cancel return if the product is not returned in original packaging and/or as per our Return policy

How can I return items?

You can return the product by Clicking on my order. For reverse Pickup, the Shipping Label of the courier will be sent to the customer's email id and Label should be pasted on the box with the original packing.

Following are the guidelines for Return:

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
  3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with our refund policy, be issued a refund directly in your bank account

How soon shall I get my money back?

Following is the refund processing timeline applicable after the item is received by S_MART Electronics. We Notify you with the receipt of the return.

When am I eligible for a replacement?

If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with us.
